This restaurant was absolutely incredible!!! I cannot recommend it enough. The staff was PERFECT! So incredibly kind attentive and understanding. Went above and beyond, truly! And my graduation day a memorable day. The place is so comfortable and inviting, it's nicely decorated and clean. The food is delicious and well plated. The portions are great for the price-- an unbeatable value. Thank you so so so much Caridad. You have gained a customer for life

I always go to this place and it never disappoints me. The food comes in big portions and the taste is really good. I love their Dominican Burger and Chicken Steak. The empanadas in appetizers is very fresh and comes with a delicious sauce. You should definitely try it.

Today we stopped at this location since it was recommended by a local. I am not familiar with the area & wanted good food after the charity run I completed with my son & husband. The waiter Victor was so attentive, kind and provided prompt service. The vibes were nice, music softly playing in background. The food was amazing- the ribs were my favorite, that my husband ordered. My son order a burger with frys - he loved. I had the bistec with onions- with a side of tostones, delicious!! I would highly recomned & will return!

Me encanta la decoration que tienen y tienen una energia que me Manda para Puerto Plata en la Playa Como se gosa y la comida me ace preguntar que esta aciendo mi Tia en esta cocina? Siguen adelante que tienen los hispanos en su lado. Very community driven and family oriented. Tonight was my first time coming here and I know I’m definitely coming back. The staff here are so welcoming and it feels like I’m entering my family home with the ambience. Food here was made fresh with a lot of care. 10/10

I just had an event catered by Caridad for 150 people for a graduation party. I followed their recommendations based on the amount of people and ordered a variety of trays. Not only was the taste of the food high quality but the presentation and the care for delivery was phenomenal. I ordered several trays that were individually placed in boxes which makes it not only easier to stack for delivery but allows for your food to arrive presentable. The sauces for the trays were packaged separately as well so it was fresh and allowed for reheating if needed without being dried up. Everyone raved about the food, I was so happy when I cleaned up too because I hate wasting food when I throw out plates full of food and all the plates for this event were empty. Everything about Caridad is a go-to, from quality, service, cost, variety, food handling, and taste. Will not disappoint and thats coming from a foodie.

The food was delicious. The service is superior. Our server Victor really paid attention to every detail. They serve traditional Dominican and American. We held a small meeting on the 2nd floor. The Best!!! Thank You Caridad ❤️

Everything about this restaurant is incredible. Best mofongo, best tres leches, and best ownership. I will take a 90 minute subway ride to come here, the food and the service is more than worth it!

Absolutely delicious fettuccine with Alfredo, and broccoli! Amazing toasted garlic toast, and delicious sweet plantains. Invited me for a sample of the margarita, and it was superb, so I ordered one to share with my girlfriend. Friendly service, and fun music--DJ did really well for playing reggaeton!

Jenny is so attentive and it never takes more than 2 minute to get her attention. Her service is amazing. The food is absolutely delicious, I usually stick to the pollo al horno, rice beans, avocado and tostones. The food is also very affordable . For drinks I recommend the pina colada that you can add Henessey to or drink as a version. All in all amazing spot for lunch and dinner.
